Aceclofenac belongs to a group of anti-inflammatory drugs called NSAID's. It is non selective COX1/COX2 inhibitor. It decreases the synthesis of mediators of inflammation like Interleukin 1 beta (IL-1beta) & TNF (Tumor Necrosis Factor). Drotaverine is an antispasmodic drug with rapid and direct action on smooth muscle cells. It Inhibits the enzyme phosphodiesterase 4 (PDE4) in smooth muscle, reduces Ca+ ions in smooth muscle cells thus relaxes smooth muscle and relieves spasm & pain.
Vetory D 80 mg/100 mg Tablet is used in the treatment of abdominal pain.
