Budget Meet In Kashmir 2022-23

"Everything that makes it HEAVEN ON EARTH"

The beautiful region of Kashmir is known for its stunning landscapes, unique culture, and warm hospitality. It's no wonder Kashmir has become a popular destination for tourists all over the world. However, Kashmir is not limited to just being a tourist destination but has also become a place of business and commerce.

Kashmir is a place filled with diversity and multiple venues to choose from. Hotel Kabo in Srinagar served as the best homestay for a 100-member team for a week at the annual budget meet

The theme for the Budget Meeting 2023-24 was 'Together Towards Tomorrow'. The team embarked on this new journey keeping in mind the hard work and efforts that made the division proud and with the hope of achieving the next ladder for the success of the oncology division.

The theme defines team spirit and teamwork for the next financial year. Moving together towards tomorrow must always be the team spirit for all the team members. The theme was revealed by our management Mr. KMS Jolly (Director), Dr. KMV Prasad Reddy (Sr. Vice President - sales) & Mr. Vishwanathan Iyer (General Manager - Marketing) who welcomed the team for the budget meet with a glimpse of 2022, through a video.

For the FY- 2023-24, the brand plans were discussed, strategies made and to run the division ahead for better growth. Summarizing the entire year in 1 week with different sub-divisions was a matter of effort for our team.

Moving ahead, the most awaited evening of the year the “Award Ceremony” began with a warm welcome of all the team members with a beautiful gala night by local singers of Kashmir. Many team members were awarded for the hard work they have been doing for the division.

The event wrapped up with a wrap up dance, food, catching up and chilled weather. Everybody enjoyed the moment, and we stepped into a new beginning for another financial year, Together Towards Tomorrow.

As we got to explore the city- time stood still at Dal Lake. A ride in the Shikara over the dal lake was one of the most beautiful moments for lifetime, seeing house boats parked in neat rows and bright floral designs of Shikaras was a charm of the lake.

Located at about 90 km to the northeast of Srinagar, Sonamarg is visited for many reasons. Beautiful snowy mountains in the background, views of Kashmir countryside and amazing snowfall made our day.

Another countryside view was a trip to Pahalgam, riding on a pony a trip to the extreme hilly regions with a beautiful scenic view surrounded by snowy mountains all over was an adventure trip that was worth experiencing.

After exploring all these views and being in Kashmir, the time had come to leave this mini-Switzerland of India, a heavenly place to get back to our destination Hyderabad.

With heavy hearts and a memories for a lifetime this budget meet was worth remembering and as someone truly said "The Beauty of Kashmir can't be compared by the whole world"
