Darbelife is a long-acting erythropoiesis-stimulating agent (ESA) used to treat anaemia, especially in patients with chronic kidney disease (CKD).
- It mimics erythropoietin, a natural hormone made by the kidneys.
- Stimulates the bone marrow to produce more red blood cells (RBCs).
- Helps increase haemoglobin levels and correct anaemia.
This medication is used to treat anemia (low red blood cell count) in people with long-term serious kidney disease (chronic kidney failure).
