PICLIB 100mg Capsules is a CDK4/6 inhibitor used to treat certain types of breast cancer that have spread to other organs and are estrogen receptor-positive and human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative. It is taken with food at the same time daily, as instructed by the doctor. Dosage and frequency may change based on your condition. Follow the doctor's instructions carefully to avoid serious side effects. Results may take time, so don't stop taking it without doctor's advice. Common side effects include fatigue, hair loss, rash, vomiting, and diarrhoea. It may decrease blood cell count, increasing infection risk.
