Tamcuf-D Tablets
Tamsulosin 0.4mg and Dutasteride 0.5mg
Tamcuf-D is a combination used in the long-term management of BPH (Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia) with moderate to severe LUTS.
Tamsulosin - a selective α1A-adrenergic receptor blocker, selectively relaxes smooth muscle in prostate & bladder neck → relieves LUTS
Dutasteride - a dual 5α-reductase inhibitor, inhibits DHT synthesis → reduces prostate volume & slows progression
Tamsulosin + Dutasteride is used in the treatment of benign prostatic hyperplasia.
