C Furo Dry Syrup 125mg is a broad-spectrum antibiotic that prevents bacterial growth by inhibiting the formation of the protective bacterial cell wall. It is used to treat bacterial infections in children, including those affecting the ear, nose, throat, lungs, skin, soft tissues, bones, joints, and urinary tract. It is also prescribed to prevent infections from bites and may be given before surgery as a preventive measure. C Furo Dry Syrup 125mg should be taken as prescribed by the doctor, preferably with food to improve absorption and minimize stomach discomfort. If vomiting occurs within 30 minutes of intake, the dose may be repeated, but do not double the dose if the next scheduled one is nearby. Some children may experience mild side effects like nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, or temporary liver enzyme changes, which usually resolve on their own. However, if symptoms persist or worsen, consult a doctor. Before starting the medication, inform the doctor of any history of allergies, heart conditions, blood disorders, gastrointestinal issues, liver or kidney problems to ensure safe and effective treatment.
