Hetero Healthcare conducted the Rayfetox Initiative at Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital, Pune

The Oncology Division of Hetero Healthcare conducted Rayfetox activity at Deenanath Mangeshkar Hospital, Pune, with Dr Shailesh Kanvinde, Pediatric Hematologist. The activity aims to reach multiple thalassaemia centres all over INDIA and build interpersonal relationships among Doctors, Patients, and Hetero Healthcare.

The activity is about engaging paediatric patients with Different blood disorders/diseases like thalassemia, aplastic anaemia, sickle cell, etc. In this activity, the Doctor gave the Rayfetox kit/gift to his Paediatric patient through which they can record their blood testing report along with some fun activity. This Rayfetox kit contains the mnemonic book and stationery in which the patient can learn different Blood disorder details and keep track of blood reports like iron load and HB count and with some fun activities like riddles & puzzles, colouring fun, etc. Through this activity, we can help build a strong bond between doctors and patients, indirectly building a relationship with Hetero Healthcare.

In short, this Rayfetox tool will help the patient to keep a record of the health condition of a patient. Our oncology division plans to execute this activity all over India, with at least one thalassemia centre for every sales HQ.

Rayfetox is indicated to remove excess iron from the body of patients who have had too many blood transfusions, especially in Thalassemia syndrome, etc.
