About Imidil VF 50 gm Film

IMIDIL VF contains clotrimazole, an antifungal medicine. It is designed to be placed inside the vagina and is used to treat certain vaginal yeast infections, including infections caused by Candida.

Clotrimazole works by damaging the outer layer of the fungus. This stops the fungus from growing and helps treat the infection. A yeast infection may cause itching, burning, soreness or vaginal discharge. These symptoms can also have other causes, so a doctor may need to confirm the cause before treatment.

Do not use more films or stop treatment early unless your doctor advises you to. If symptoms do not improve, become worse or return after treatment, contact a doctor.
