About Bealert Cold Suspension

Bealert Cold Suspension is a combination of Paracetamol, Phenylephrine HCl and Cetirizine used to treat common cold and allergy symptoms, including runny nose, blocked nose, sneezing, congestion, pain, and fever.

Cetirizine is an H1 receptor antagonist that blocks histamine, a chemical messenger responsible for runny nose, watery eyes, and sneezing. Paracetamol is an analgesic and antipyretic that reduces pain and fever by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis, chemicals that cause inflammation. Phenylephrine is a nasal decongestant that narrows small blood vessels, providing temporary relief from nasal congestion or stuffiness.

Usage Instructions

  • Shake the bottle well before each use.
  • Measure the directed dose with the measuring cup and take it exactly as directed by your physician.
  • This suspension can be given with or without meals.
