Caritero Tablets is a health supplement which is used in thrombocytopenia (low platelet count) associated with dengue. Due to the action of dengue virus, the blood platelet count in dengue fever reduces. This causes a reduction of immunity as platelets play a major role in the body’s defence mechanism. This tablet also supports recovery from dengue fever.
