Heart Conditions:

Nitrate Medicines:
Do not take Dasutra-X with nitrates (used for chest pain) or recreational "poppers" containing amyl nitrite or butyl nitrite, as this combination may cause a dangerous drop in blood pressure.
Kidney & Liver Disorders:
Use with caution in patients with severe kidney or liver disease; dose adjustment may be required.
Alcohol:
Avoid excessive alcohol consumption, as it may increase the risk of dizziness, fainting, and reduced effectiveness.
Driving:
The medicine may cause dizziness, blurred vision, or sleepiness. Do not drive or operate machinery if affected.
Drug Interactions:
Inform your doctor if you are taking medicines for high blood pressure, heart disease, HIV, fungal infections, antibiotics, or other medicines used to treat erectile dysfunction or premature ejaculation.
Common Side Effects:
Headache, flushing, dizziness, blurred vision, nasal congestion, indigestion, upset stomach, nausea, muscle pain, and skin rash.
Seek Immediate Medical Attention:
if you experience an erection lasting more than 4 hours (priapism), sudden loss of vision or hearing, chest pain, severe dizziness, fainting, difficulty breathing, or an allergic reaction.
Consult your doctor if erectile dysfunction persists, as underlying medical conditions or lifestyle factors may require evaluation
