Granitero 1mg Tablets is an antiemetic medication which contains Granisetron. It is primarily used to prevent and control nausea and vomiting associated with chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and surgical procedures. It works by targeting the vomiting centre in the brain or blocking signals that trigger nausea.

Granitero 1mg Tablets has little effect on vomiting caused by motion sickness and does not relieve other side effects associated with cancer treatments. This medicine should be taken according to the dose and duration prescribed by the doctor. It is recommended to take this medicine at the same time every day. You should not stop this medicine without consulting your doctor. If you vomit within one hour of taking the dose, then take another done and avoid heavy meals throughout the day.
