Hetparin 40 mg Injection has certain side effects that include nausea, diarrhoea, low platelet count, bruised injection site, vomiting, etc. These are usually harmless and subside on their own, in case they persist, please consult your doctor. Inform your doctor if the IV site becomes very painful, red, or swollen.
