Hetparin 60 mg Injection has certain side effects that include nausea, diarrhoea, low platelet count, injection site pain, vomiting, etc. These usually do not require medical attention and subside on their own, in case they persist, please consult your doctor. Inform your doctor if the IV site becomes very painful, red, or swollen.
