About Hetrodox - LB Capsule

Hetrodox-LB Capsules contains Doxycycline 100 mg and Lactobacillus 5 Billion Spores. It is a combination of a broad-spectrum tetracycline antibiotic and a probiotic used to treat a wide range of bacterial infections, including respiratory tract infections. Doxycycline works by inhibiting bacterial protein synthesis, preventing the growth and multiplication of bacteria. Lactobacillus helps restore the natural balance of beneficial bacteria in the intestine, reducing the risk of antibiotic-associated digestive disturbances and supporting gut health during treatment.

Usage Instructions

  • Take Hetrodox-LB Capsules exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
  • It may be taken with or without food, preferably at the same time every day.
  • Complete the full course of treatment even if your symptoms improve, as stopping the medicine early may allow the infection to return or become resistant to antibiotics.
  • Drink plenty of water during treatment and follow your doctor's instructions carefully.

  • Benefits and Use

  • Hetrodox-LB Capsules is indicated for the treatment of bacterial infections, including respiratory tract infections and other susceptible bacterial illnesses.
  • Doxycycline eliminates infection-causing bacteria by preventing the production of proteins essential for bacterial survival, while Lactobacillus replenishes beneficial intestinal bacteria that may be reduced during antibiotic therapy.
  • This combination helps clear infections effectively while supporting digestive health and reducing the likelihood of antibiotic-associated diarrhea.
