Kutub 30 X Tablets contains Sildenafil (50 mg) and Dapoxetine (30 mg). It is prescribed in the treatment of erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation in adult men. On one hand, dapoxetine, a short-acting selective serotonin reuptake inhibitor (SSRI), works by increasing the serotonin level in the brain which helps delay ejaculation and improve control over climax. Where on the other hand, Sildenafil is a phosphodiesterase type 5 inhibitor which works by increasing blood flow to the penis during sexual stimulation allowing to maintain an erection.
Kutub 30 X Tablets is safe to be taken both with and without food preferably one to three hours before intercourse. Caution should be exercised by patients with a history of seizures, depression, and other psychiatric disorders. If you have heart, kidney, or liver disease, please let your doctor know.
