Ceftriaxone is a cephalosporin antibiotic that destroys bacteria by disrupting cell wall formation, while Sulbactam blocks beta-lactamase enzymes that bacteria use to resist treatment. This is a prescription-only (Schedule H) medicine and must be administered strictly under medical supervision.

  • The reconstituted solution is given as a slow intravenous injection, an intravenous infusion, or a deep intramuscular injection, based on the severity and type of infection.

  • Breastfeeding:
