About Mesarem 1g Pellets

Mesarem 1 g pellets are formulated with Mesalazine, an anti- inflammatory medicine used to treat mild to moderate ulcerative colitis. It helps reduce inflammation and relieve symptoms such as diarrhoea, abdominal pain and rectal bleeding and supports remission in inflammatory bowel disease. It is also used to treat other types of Crohn’s ileocolitis.

When taken exactly as prescribed by your physician, the pellet formulation allows for targeted release within the gut, which reduces inflammation, relieves discomfort, and promotes long-term remission.

    How to Use
