About Pazinib 400Mg Tablet

Pazinib 400 mg Tablets contains Pazopanib 400 mg, an oral targeted anticancer medicine belonging to the tyrosine kinase inhibitor (TKI) class. It is indicated for the treatment of advanced renal cell carcinoma (kidney cancer) and advanced soft tissue sarcoma in appropriate patients. Pazopanib works by blocking multiple tyrosine kinase receptors involved in cancer cell growth and the formation of new blood vessels (angiogenesis) that supply tumors. By inhibiting these pathways, it slows the growth and spread of cancer cells and helps control disease progression.
