About Piclib 125 Mg Capsules

Piclib 125 mg Capsules contains Palbociclib 125 mg, a cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) 4/6 inhibitor used in combination with hormonal therapy for the treatment of hormone receptor (HR)-positive, human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative advanced or metastatic breast cancer. It works by blocking CDK 4 and CDK 6 proteins that promote cancer cell growth and division, thereby slowing the progression of cancer. Piclib 125 mg Capsules is prescribed under the supervision of an oncologist and requires regular blood monitoring during treatment.
