    How to Use

  • Before applying Silero Film wash your hands thoroughly and remove one Silero vaginal film from its pouch.
  • To use it, fold or roll the film gently and insert it comfortably into the vagina using a clean finger, ideally before bedtime.
  • After inserting the film, wash your hands again thoroughly.
