Ulfree Gel is a medicated oral gel containing Lignocaine Hydrochloride 2%, Choline Salicylate 8.7%, and Benzalkonium Chloride 0.01%. It is used for the symptomatic relief of mouth ulcers, sore gums, and oral discomfort. Lignocaine provides rapid local pain relief by temporarily numbing the affected area, Choline Salicylate helps reduce pain and inflammation, while Benzalkonium Chloride acts as an antiseptic that helps reduce microbial growth. Together, these ingredients help relieve pain, redness, swelling, and discomfort, making eating, drinking, and speaking more comfortable.

Usage Instructions

  • Use Ulfree Gel exactly as directed by your doctor.
  • Apply only to the affected area inside the mouth using clean hands or a clean fingertip.
  • Do not use more frequently or in larger amounts than recommended.
  • Continue treatment for the prescribed duration.
  • If symptoms persist for more than 7 days, or worsen, consult your healthcare professional.

    How to Use

  • Wash your hands before application.
  • Apply a small amount of Ulfree Gel gently over the affected area inside the mouth using a clean fingertip or as directed by your healthcare professional.
  • Avoid eating or drinking immediately after application to allow the medicine to act effectively.
  • Use 3–4 times daily, or as prescribed.
  • For oral use only.
  • Do not swallow large amounts of the gel.

    • Storage Information

  • Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture.
  • Keep the tube tightly closed after use.
  • Do not freeze.
