Composition:
Itraconazole 200 mg
Belongs to triazole anti-fungals characterized by a high lipophilicity. Oral treatment for skin Tinea and candida infections. Itraconazole also acts by interfering with the formation of fungal cell membrane during the step of ergosterol biosynthesis. Itraconazole inhibits cytochrome P-450-dependent 14α-sterol demethylase.
