Pilocarpine Hydrochloride 5 mg
Pilocarpine which is used to treat dry eyes and dry mouth in Sjogrens syndrome is a cholinergic parasympathomimetic agent which binds the muscarinic receptors and in appropriate dosage can increase secretion of exocrine glands such as the sweat, salivary, lacrimal, gastric, pancreatic and intestinal glands and the mucous cells of the respiratory tract. It also offers relief of symptoms of whole body dryness.
