Treoall

Description:

Treoall is a myeloablative chemotherapeutic agent used as part of preparative regimens before hematopoietic stem cell or bone marrow transplantation. Containing treosulfan, it combines antineoplastic and immunosuppressive properties to help eliminate malignant cells and create space in the bone marrow for donor cells.

It’s well tolerated with a lower risk of non-hematologic toxicity compared to other conditioning agents. Treoall is essential for ensuring transplant success, especially in pediatric patients or those who cannot tolerate standard regimens.
